Can I return my purchase for a refund or exchange?
All sales are final, because prints and frames are made to order. If you have any questions about art or frames, please email us at email@example.com before purchasing so we can help.
Can I order a custom piece of art?
Yes! We do a variety of commissions including portraits and abstracts. Please visit our Commissions section to see a few examples and then reach out when you are ready to discuss.
Will my art look exactly how I see it on my screen?
Colors can look different depending on what monitor, resolution, or brightness level you have. We do our very best to show what the images will look like in person but please note that they can vary slightly.
How will my art be shipped?
Art only orders are fulfilled within 2-4 days and then shipped to you via USPS/first class priority mail. Framed art orders are fulfilled within 3-12 days and then shipped to you via FedEx. Shipping speeds can vary and may be delayed due to Covid-19. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note, if you ordered more than one print and frame they will arrive in multiple boxes and shipments. Framed orders are shipped individually to protect frames from damage.
What if there is something wrong with my purchase?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I reproduce any of the art that I have purchased?
No. All art remains copyright of Sons Studio and may not be reproduced in any way. All art, design, text, and imagery on sonsstudioart.com is the copyright of Sons Studio. All brand names, product names, and titles used on this site are trademarks or trade names of Sons Studio. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. And all orders are final sale.
